Quick and clean installation of smoke detectors through magnetic mounting system - no drilling required!
The fastening system consists of a self-adhesive ceiling element for attachment to the ceiling and a self-adhesive base element with magnets for attaching the smoke detector.
Note: If you want a different occupancy of the zones than the standard layout, please let us know before or when ordering. The default is to occupy the zones in turn. Do you want another assignment, e.g. in zone 1 two smoke detectors and zone 2 two smoke detectors, a smoke detector is taught in zone 3.
Any sensors (gas detector, heat detector, fire detector) can be taught in the system.
Advantage of the wireless indoor siren:
They are alerted everywhere in the house. If you For example, if you install the control panel on the ground floor, you will be alerted reliably even on the upper floor by the radio siren, even if a smoke detector triggers in the basement. The wireless indoor siren allows you to extend the alarm to several floors, you can use any number of wireless sirens, they only have to be mounted in the radio area of the control panel (in buildings up to 50 m from the control panel).
The BMZ-01 control panel is small and weighs only about 500 grams. A wired siren is connected to this control panel. In the case of sets with radio siren, additional alarm is triggered via the radio siren. For this, the control panel sends a radio signal to the radio sirens.
In addition, each smoke detector has its own loud acoustic warning tone. This is easily audible and immediately informs you acoustically in which room the smoke detector has triggered.
Only the smoke detector will emit an acoustic signal triggered by smoke. In addition, the radio signal is sent to the center and there is also triggered acoustically and visually alarm.

Rauchmelderpflicht
Achtung die Rauchmelderpflicht kommt ab 2015!!!

In einigen Bundesländern läuft die Übergangsfrist zum 31.12.2014 ab. Daher handeln Sie jetzt schnell und schützen Ihr Eigenheim.
Im Unteren Teil finden Sie Informationen zu den einzelnen Bundesländern:
In Baden-Württemberg und Hessen läuft die Übergangsfrist Ende 2014 aus. Bis zum 31.12.2014 müssen dort alle Neubauten und bestehende Wohnungen mit Rauchmeldern ausgestattet sein.
In Bremen, Niedersachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt gilt die Frist für die Installation von Rauchmelder für Neubauten und bestehende Wohnungen bis Ende 2015, in Nordrhein-Westfalen bis Ende 2016, in Bayern bis Ende 2017 und in Thüringen bis Ende 2018.
In Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rheinland-Pfalz und Schleswig-Holstein gilt die gesetzliche Rauchmelderpflicht schon länger. Im Saarland bezieht sich dieses Gesetz nur auf Neu und Umbauten.
In Berlin und Brandenburg wird bereits die Einführung einer Rauchmelderpflicht geplant. Lediglich in Sachsen gibt es noch keine gesetzliche Rauchmelderpflicht.
Wer jedoch Sich und seine Familie schützen will, installiert trotzdem ein Rauchmeldesystem in seinen vier Wänden.
