Description

The Aris motion detector has a sensor range of about 10 to 12 meters with a monitoring angle of about 120 degrees. Thus, the monitoring of a room up to 50 sqm is easily possible. The built-in radio transmitter has a range of about 100 meters.

Attention: The motion detector does not respond to small animals!

The motion detector works with 2 x AA alkaline batteries, which last for about 2 years. As the battery gets weaker, the red LED starts to flash. You will have about 4 weeks to change the battery. At the same time a radio signal (low battery) is sent, which is received by the Aris control panel. The relevant sensor is then displayed on the control panel display.

For the purpose of sabotage protection, a contact switch is installed in the motion detector. As soon as an attempt is made to open the motion detector or tear it from the holder to put it out of operation, it sends a special sabotage signal to the control panel, which then generates and displays an error message or, if the system is armed, triggers an alarm. Due to its special sealing, the detector has a degree of protection IP 55 (rainproof).

The device operates at a frequency of 868 MHz and is only suitable for the Aris alarm center.
